Hi, I’m Morgan! I’m so glad you’re here. 💛
If you’ve ever felt like motherhood is both the best thing that’s ever happened to you and the thing that leaves you the most exhausted, overwhelmed, and stretched too thin… you’re in the right place.
This space was born out of my own messy, beautiful, sometimes-chaotic journey through mental wellness, motherhood, and building a life that actually feels good.
A few years ago, my world shifted when my daughter got very sick. Sitting in that hospital room, I realized I didn’t just want flexibility. I needed it. I wanted to be able to care for her, be present, and not depend on PTO or a boss’s permission to prioritize my family.
This experience however really impacted my mental health. I began struggling with severe anxiety. I wanted to do everything in my power to keep her healthy, along with myself and my husband. This turned into late night googling, unexplained weight loss… I was an emotional casserole. I started realizing that the feelings and emotions I was having was due to unresolved trauma, resentment I hadn’t dealt with, physical health concerns I hadn’t addressed, and more.
That moment lit a fire in me. I started building my own business, and along the way while doing the deep healing inner work, I also started building something else: a personal toolkit for staying grounded, sane, and hopeful through all of life’s ups and downs.
Motherhood is amazing, but let’s be honest- it’s also heavy. Add in hormones, stress, a never-ending to-do list, and trying to take care of yourself on top of it all? It can feel impossible.
I’m here to change that. I’m not a professional. Just an average mom sharing what has worked for me.
